Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g endive salad
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs
  • 1 port. Croutons for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce. Spin dry and cut into strips. Prepare a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and season with fresh herbs. Toss the endive with the dressing and serve sprinkled with croutons.
