Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ tsp vanilla, ground
  • 180 g oat flakes
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Melt the butter and honey together in the microwave, stir in the vanilla. Fold in the almonds and oats and mix well. Set aside in a cool place for about 20 minutes. Bake the cookies at 130 degrees Celsius (265 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes, then let them cool completely in the cups. Melt the chocolate and spread it on the cookies with a teaspoon.
