Oat Berry Smoothie
The perfect oat berry smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp Oats, finely flaked
- 300 g Frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 600 ml Orange juice
- 2 tsp Agave syrup
- Cut the bananas into large pieces. Mix with oat flakes, raspberries, lemon juice and orange juice in a blender or with a hand blender. Season to taste with agave syrup and divide into four glasses. complete
- 2nd variant: Replace 300 ml orange juice with elderberry juice – the vitamin C it contains in abundance protects against colds 😉
