- ½ pack of sweets (Werther’s Genuine Hard Cream Caramel Candies)
- 1 pack of almonds (flakes)
Instructions

quick almond biscuit for cappuccino
Spread the Werthers Echte on a baking tray lined with baking paper and heat in a preheated oven (200 degrees Celsius) for 5 to 10 minutes until they begin to melt. Now work quickly: Remove the tray from the oven, place the baking paper on the hot mixture, and roll it out flat and thin with a rolling pin (the candies will stick together to form a large sheet). Remove the baking paper and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Return it to the preheated oven for another 5 minutes until the flaked almonds sink in a little. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool. Break the cooled sheet into any desired pieces, or cut it into pieces with a pizza cutter while it’s still hot. It’s quick and delicious with cappuccino mousse or espresso.
