Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 250 ml milk (0.1% fat)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (< 20% fat)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • some sweetener, liquid
  • some vanilla flavor or vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For healthy cooking! Great as a low-carb alternative to various desserts (pudding, semolina pudding, mascarpone dessert, etc.)

Bring the milk and oat flakes to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the porridge is thickened. When the porridge is ready, turn off the heat and fold in the cream cheese. Finally, add the low-fat quark. Season with vanilla extract and sweetener to taste. Serve with fruit (e.g., blueberries) or cinnamon.
