Oat flakes / Chocopop cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 200 g cornflakes (oat flakes or chocopops)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the butter in a large saucepan. Add the oats and oat flakes or Chocopops to the melted butter and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture cool. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy, then add the flour and baking powder. Then add everything to the oat mixture (I added the flake mixture gradually to the egg mixture so it was easier to mix—you don’t even need an electric whisk). Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Then, using 2 teaspoons, drop the cookie mixture into small heaps on the baking sheet (the cookies won’t rise much, so you can place them closer together). Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
