Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp milk for soaking the oatmeal
  • 125 g quark (low-fat curds)
  • some water
  • 2 pinches of turmeric powder, to taste
  • ½ banana(s)
  • ½ kiwi(s) or fruit of your choice
  • 1 pinch(s) of 100% cocoa powder or cinnamon

In a container/glass, combine the oats with the flaxseed and milk. Then, in a bowl, combine the low-fat curd cheese with the water, turmeric, and finely chopped banana pieces to create a creamy filling. Pour the curd cheese cream over the oat mixture and then sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon. Garnish with fruit of your choice, such as kiwi pieces. Tip: This breakfast is great to prepare the day before and refrigerate overnight.
