Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 125 g oat flakes, fine
- 3 small apples
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
without egg
Mix the oatmeal with the milk and stir in the butter and sugar. Grate the apples and add them. Pour three tablespoons of batter into a greased pan, about 1 cm thick, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Top with jam or other sweet spreads, if desired.
