Oat-peach-orange shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 peaches about 200 – 250 g
  • 250 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • n. B. Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vegan, for 2 glasses

Peel the peaches (only if you like), quarter them, and remove the stones. Chop the flesh into smaller pieces and place it in a blender. Add the oat milk, orange juice, and maple syrup and blend until smooth. Pour into two slim, chilled glasses and garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
