Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g melt-in-the-mouth flakes
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Vanilla flavor
- Sweetener (Stevia)
- some berries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Low carb porridge, easy
Mix the instant flakes, 2 egg whites, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder with enough water to form a runny batter. Season with vanilla extract and sweetener to taste, and fold in the berries. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes. You can also use chocolate chips if you like. It also works great using milk instead of water.
