Oatmeal breakfast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tsp juice (sea buckthorn juice)
  • 2 dashes of sweetener or some honey or agave syrup
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

healthy, high in fiber, filling

Soak the oats in milk and water overnight (if you don’t like them mushy, you can skip this step). The next morning, mash the banana and mix it with the psyllium husk and oats. Add the sea buckthorn juice and sweetener. Since I prefer warm meals in the morning, I usually microwave it for a few minutes, and you have a warm, fortifying breakfast for a great start to the day.
