Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g oat flakes
- 200 g butter
- 125 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the oat flakes in a bowl and pour hot melted butter over them to scald the flakes. Mix thoroughly and let cool to lukewarm. Add the sifted flour, which has been mixed with the baking powder, along with the vanilla sugar, and sugar. You’ll have a slightly crumbly batter, which you can then beat until smooth, adding one egg. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps, spaced far apart (as the batter will spread out a lot), onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at medium heat until golden brown.
