Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g glass noodles
- 3 spring onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g prawn(s), peeled
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
- 1 tsp sugar

Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes, then briefly blanch them in boiling water. Rinse well and, if necessary, cut them open with kitchen scissors. This will make the noodles easier to mix later. Cut the spring onions into 2 cm pieces. Squeeze the garlic cloves. Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add the garlic and fry until translucent. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry, then push them aside and stir-fry the spring onions for about a minute. Mix everything together and add the noodles. Finally, season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
