Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 50 g raisins
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

School cookies

Toast the oats in a pan with a little oil, stirring constantly, until light brown. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, brown briefly, and let cool. Beat 2 eggs with 100g of sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder, and the cooled oats, and fold in the raisins. Using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at approximately 210°C for about 15 minutes. They can be stored in a tin for several days.
