Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 90 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, melt the margarine at low temperature in the microwave. Beat the sugar, salt, egg, and baking powder with the margarine until fluffy. Gradually stir in the oats and flour. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Now, using spoonfuls, shape the dough into small or large cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave plenty of space between them, as the cookies will spread slightly! Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Then remove the baking paper from the baking sheet and let the cookies cool on it. Do not remove them from the baking paper until they are cool, as they are very soft when warm and break easily.
