Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 225 g oats
- 100 g spelt
- 150 g butter
- 130 g honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tsp baking powder

The fatty oats tend to clog the grain mill. Therefore, mix the oats and spelt thoroughly; the spelt will absorb the oil from the oats during milling. Grind both grains on speed 1. Stir in the baking powder. In a saucepan large enough to hold all the ingredients, melt the butter over low heat, remove from the heat, stir in the honey, salt, and lemon juice, and whisk in the eggs. Add the flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll into small balls with wet hands, flatten them, and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
