Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • some water
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan. Mix the egg with the oats and water. Pour the batter into the pan and cover. After about 3-4 minutes, flip the crepe with a plate and cook for a shorter time on the second side.
