Oatmeal is a particularly environmentally friendly way to fight pimples, blackheads and blemishes. You only need three ingredients for a face mask. Read here how to make and use them.

Oatmeal for Pimples: A Simple Mask

Oatmeal works well as a mask against pimples. In this way you are not only doing something good for your skin, but also for the environment. Microplastics are often found in common masks made of chemical compositions. In addition, perfumes in synthetic cosmetics often cause allergies.

  • For this face mask you need 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 3 tablespoons of natural or soy yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • First, grind the oatmeal in a blender or food processor to create fine oatmeal.
  • Then mix the oatmeal with the yogurt and honey well. It should end up being a paste.
  • Then put the mask on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then wash the mask off your face with warm water.
  • The oat mask is good for impure skin with large pores, because the finely ground oat flakes have a peeling effect.
  • Thanks to this, dead skin cells and dirt particles that contaminate the pores and lead to pimples are released.
  • The yoghurt moisturizes and the honey has an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect.
