Oatmeal – nut pastries

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g nuts, grated (hazelnuts)
  • 150 g oat flakes, fine or coarse
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the ingredients one at a time. Form small balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and flatten them. Please leave enough space between them, as the cookies will spread slightly and need the space to avoid contact. Place in the center of the oven at 210 degrees C for approximately 10-13 minutes, with the power off for 5 minutes. Important: The cookies will still feel soft to the touch when you remove them from the oven. Don’t be alarmed; they will harden as they cool. Enjoy!
