Oatmeal Peach Casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large can of peach(s)
  • 200 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the peaches, quarter them, and place them in a medium-sized baking dish. Combine the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks. Add the milk, oats, and baking powder and mix. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold them into the mixture. Place everything on top of the peaches in the baking dish, place in the preheated oven, and bake at 180-190°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
