Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp oat flakes
- 20 g protein powder, neutral or chocolate
- 1 egg(s)
- 40 g quark or yogurt
- 50 g berries, of your choice
- possibly milk or water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
without sugar or white flour
Mix all ingredients except the berries until smooth, adding milk or water if necessary until the desired consistency is reached. Fry the batter in a preheated pan until browned to your liking. After about 4 minutes, the pancake will be firm enough to flip. Serve hot and garnish with berries.
