Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 200 g wheat flour
- 160 g natural yogurt
- 40 g butter or margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients and knead evenly into a dough. Form small rolls. You’ll have about 6 rolls. Bake them on a baking sheet at approximately 200°C in a non-preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Use the toothpick test to check if the rolls are done. This is a quick and easy recipe for when you suddenly have a craving for rolls. The wheat flour can certainly be substituted with another flour, such as spelt or whole-wheat flour.
