Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 35 g oat flakes, fine
- 120 g blueberries
- 250 ml coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp almond butter
- some water
- possibly ice cubes
- possibly chia seeds
- possibly protein powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the oats in a blender with a little water and blend. Add the blueberries, coconut milk, and almond butter. Blend everything thoroughly and serve in a glass. Tips: On hot days, I recommend adding a few ice cubes to the blender. You can also enhance the smoothie by adding 2-3 teaspoons of chia seeds to the blender, or make it a protein smoothie by adding a serving of protein powder—vanilla works best.
