Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Clarified butter or butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 8 tbsp oat flakes
  • 750 ml broth
  • 250 ml cream
  • Garlic
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the finely chopped onion in butter (lard). Briefly toast 8 tablespoons of oatmeal. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the cream, plenty of garlic, and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
