Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 320 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 200 g butter
- 150 g cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- some tonka bean shavings
- 1 tbsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 75 g white chocolate
- 60 g Physalis, dried, chopped
- 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Knead all ingredients except the physalis and oatmeal. Finally, knead in the physalis and oatmeal. Spoon into small mounds on baking sheets. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
