Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ⅛ liter of oil
- ⅛ liter of water
- 250 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 eggs
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour. Test for doneness. This basic recipe can be adapted to your liking with additional ingredients and spices to create a chocolate, nut, or lemon cake.
