Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g marzipan – raw mass
- 450 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 small jar of rum
- 500 g sour cherries, pitted
- 125 g powdered sugar
- rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
for wreath form or bundt cake form
Prepare a batter from the first 9 ingredients (butter to rum). Layer the batter alternately with cherries in the prepared pan. Bake at 170°C for one hour. Once cooled, drizzle with rum icing.
