Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g quark, low-fat
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 g ladyfingers
- ¼ liter of coffee (espresso)
- 125 ml Amaretto
- Cocoa powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes
Whisk the quark, mascarpone, and sugar until creamy. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in. Line a shallow baking dish with half of the sponge fingers. Soak the sponge fingers with half of the espresso and amaretto. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Layer the remaining ingredients on top. Sprinkle the finished tiramisu generously with cocoa powder and refrigerate, covered, for several hours.
