Ingredients for 3 servings:

- 200 g bacon, diced
- 500g penne
- 1,000 g tomatoes, pureed
- 100 ml cream
- 3 slices of cheese (Gouda), young
- n. B. herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. For the sauce, dice the onion and sauté briefly in a pan with the diced ham. Then add the tomatoes and cream and season with salt and pepper. Italian herbs can be added for a more refined finish. Serve the pasta and sauce in a deep plate with a slice of Gouda cheese on top.
