Hummus with Mince
The perfect hummus with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Paprika pulp
- 1 Diced shallot
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Zatar
- 1 Chili
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
- 1 Can 230 grams Chunky tomatoes
- 2 Cans 400 grams Chickpeas
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Tangerine fresh
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece Chili
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
- Fresh smooth parsley
- Black sesame
- Dice the shallot and chop the garlic. Fry the minced meat with a tablespoon of sesame oil until crumbly. Reduce the heat, add the paprika pulp, garlic, chilli and onion and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and spices and simmer for 40 minutes with the pot closed. Season to taste with salt and two pinches of sugar.
- Drain the chickpeas through a sieve and rinse. Squeeze the tangerine. Puree the chickpeas with the garlic, mandarin juice, olive and sesame oil, sesame and chilli. Possibly add a little more water.
- Put the hummus in a bowl and make a small well. Put the minced meat in the well and add some fresh parsley and black sesame seeds.
- You eat the hummus cold and the minced meat warm, if you don’t like that you can also heat the humus in the microwave.
