Omelette calzone with tomatoes and ham

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • some basil, fresh
  • some oil for frying
  • 2 small slices of cooked ham
  • 40 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 tsp Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the basil and slice the tomato. Whisk the eggs with water, pepper, and salt. Add the chopped basil and fry in a nonstick pan with a little oil until golden brown. Top the omelet with the two slices of cooked ham. Spread the cottage cheese on top and top with the tomato slices. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes and fold the omelet over the top.
