Omelette Filled with Strawberries and Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Eggs depending on size
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 6 Vanilla ice cream balls
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • Sifted powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs, cream and salt well with the whisk, but do not make them frothy. Melt the butter, but do not turn brown. Put the dough in the slightly heated butter. Bake from one side only, do not turn. The bottom side should be light brown and let the top of the dough set with the lid closed.
  • Now everything has to go a little quickly. Let the omelette slide onto preheated plates. Now put the washed and sweetened strawberries and the vanilla ice cream on top. Close the omelette and decorate the outer edge with whipped cream.
  • Dust with icing sugar and garnish with the remaining strawberries.
