Vanilla Ice Cream from Our Own Production Garnished with Fresh Strawberries and Cream

  • 500 ml Cream
  • 1 shot Rum
  • 400 g Cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 3 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 packet Vanilla extract
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar

  1. Wash 1,500 g strawberries and cut into small pieces. Add a little sugar and a dash of rum. Let everything go through a few hours beforehand.

  1. 3 Beat the egg yolks, add the cream and stir, then stir in all the other ingredients. Chill all ingredients in an ice cream maker or in the freezer. Caution: stir in the freezer every half hour. If it stays in the freezer for a longer period of time, be sure to cover it with cling film to prevent ice crystals from forming.
