Vegan: Potato – Broccoli – Mash with Fried Green Spelled – Nut – Patty Strips

The perfect vegan: potato – broccoli – mash with fried green spelled – nut – patty strips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 7 small Peeled potatoes
  • 1 piece Broccoli
  • 2 piece Nut patties *
  • 1 piece Cut onion
  • 1 piece Coconut oil
  • 1 piece From my vegetable broth *
  1. Roughly cut the peeled potatoes and put them in a saucepan. Cut the coarse stalk from the broccoli, put the florets in a colander and rinse, drain and place the stalk parts with the potatoes and vegetable stock.
  2. Bring to the boil and cook, then add the broccoli florets about 5 minutes before the end and finish cooking. Mash a pulp with the remaining vegetable stock in the pot, add seasoning if necessary.
  3. Cut the patties into strips.
  4. Brown the onion in the coconut oil and then add the patties and fry well on all sides.
