Vegan: Potato – Broccoli – Mash with Fried Green Spelled – Nut – Patty Strips

Ingredients
 

  • 7 small Peeled potatoes
  • 1 piece Broccoli
  • 2 piece Nut patties *
  • 1 piece Cut onion
  • 1 piece Coconut oil
  • 1 piece From my vegetable broth *

Instructions
 

  • Roughly cut the peeled potatoes and put them in a saucepan. Cut the coarse stalk from the broccoli, put the florets in a colander and rinse, drain and place the stalk parts with the potatoes and vegetable stock.
  • Bring to the boil and cook, then add the broccoli florets about 5 minutes before the end and finish cooking. Mash a pulp with the remaining vegetable stock in the pot, add seasoning if necessary.
  • Cut the patties into strips.
  • Brown the onion in the coconut oil and then add the patties and fry well on all sides.

Serving

  • Place the mashed potato and broccoli on the plates and add the fried bratlin pieces ... Enjoy your meal
