- 7 small Peeled potatoes
- 1 piece Broccoli
- 2 piece Nut patties *
- 1 piece Cut onion
- 1 piece Coconut oil
- 1 piece From my vegetable broth *
- Roughly cut the peeled potatoes and put them in a saucepan. Cut the coarse stalk from the broccoli, put the florets in a colander and rinse, drain and place the stalk parts with the potatoes and vegetable stock.
- Bring to the boil and cook, then add the broccoli florets about 5 minutes before the end and finish cooking. Mash a pulp with the remaining vegetable stock in the pot, add seasoning if necessary.
- Cut the patties into strips.
- Brown the onion in the coconut oil and then add the patties and fry well on all sides.
