Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 300 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegetarian, with mushrooms, broccoli and spinach
Slice the mushrooms. Trim the broccoli and cut into florets. Chop the onion. Trim the spinach. Combine the vegetable broth with the spaghetti, mushrooms, cream, and onion in a large pot and bring to a boil. After 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli and spinach and continue cooking until the spaghetti is al dente. Finally, season with salt and pepper. This recipe can be veganized by replacing the cream with oat cream or similar.
