Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g leftovers from Sauerbraten à la Didi (horse meat or beef), frozen
- 80 g of pasta shells or other small pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Leftovers: Sourbrode Goulash à la Didi
Thaw the leftover sauerbraten, cut into small pieces, and bring to a boil with 200 ml of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the pasta and enough water to cover. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Then reduce uncovered until the desired consistency is reached. Plate and serve.
