One Pot Pasta with Garlic and Parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 g butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 470 ml chicken broth
  • 235 ml milk
  • 225 g fettuccine
  • 25 g Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Heat the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the pan to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. If the mixture thickens, add more milk as needed until the desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately and garnish with chopped parsley.
