Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 ml water
- 400g spaghetti
- 200 g Arctic prawn(s)
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 6 tbsp, heaped hard cheese, Italian, e.g. Grana Padano, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a large pot. Sauté the Arctic prawns and garlic in the hot oil for about 5 minutes. Add the spaghetti and half of the water. As soon as the pasta begins to soften, add salt and stir continuously. Once the water is absorbed, gradually add the remaining water. When the spaghetti is cooked, season to taste and stir in a generous portion of Grana Padano. Serve with fresh parsley and Grana Padano.
