Onion and Leek Sausage

The perfect onion and leek sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 piece Onions
  • 2 Rods Leek
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 0,5 bottle Beer Export Hell
  • 1 liter Meatsoup
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Actually there should be gravy for the meatloaf from the oven … but unfortunately the refrigerator died on Christmas Eve … so I had to quickly prepare another sauce from any leftovers … laughing …
  2. Peel the onions and cut into rings. It works best on the slicer.
  3. Wash and clean the leek thoroughly and also cut into rings.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onion and leek rings vigorously.
  5. Stir in the tomato paste and dust with flour.
  6. Deglaze with beer and broth, season well with the spices and simmer for about 20 minutes and season well again
