Onion and Leek Sausage

- 8 piece Onions
- 2 Rods Leek
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 0,5 bottle Beer Export Hell
- 1 liter Meatsoup
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- Sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Actually there should be gravy for the meatloaf from the oven … but unfortunately the refrigerator died on Christmas Eve … so I had to quickly prepare another sauce from any leftovers … laughing …
- Peel the onions and cut into rings. It works best on the slicer.
- Wash and clean the leek thoroughly and also cut into rings.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onion and leek rings vigorously.
- Stir in the tomato paste and dust with flour.
- Deglaze with beer and broth, season well with the spices and simmer for about 20 minutes and season well again
