Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 250 g spelt flour
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 14 g salt
  • 60 g fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Knead all ingredients and let the dough rest for 35 minutes. Then fold the dough, divide into 3 pieces, roll each piece, and cut diagonally. Let it rest for another 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven and bake the baguettes for 30-35 minutes.
