Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The recipe is enough for 2 tarte flambées

Crumble the yeast and mix with the sugar. Combine the flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, oil, and 300 ml of lukewarm water in a bowl. Add the mixed yeast and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Dice the onion and bacon, and slice the Camembert. Season the sour cream with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Divide the dough in half and knead again. Grease a roasting pan (32 x 39 cm), dust with flour, and line with half of the dough. Spread half of the sour cream on top. Spread half each of the bacon, onion, and Camembert on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15 minutes. Process and bake the other halves of the dough and ingredients in the same way.
