Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets, marinated with lemon juice
  • 4 large onions
  • salt and pepper, pepper
  • 8 tsp mustard
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • Fondor
  • Oil or frying fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

lightning fast and delicious

Heat oil or fat in a large, nonstick pan, slice onions, and fry until golden brown. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, place them on top of the onions, and spread each with about 2 teaspoons of mustard. Pour in the cream and simmer gently for about 10-15 minutes with the lid on. Season the sauce with Fondor. Serve with roasted potatoes or rice.
