Meat: Onion Meat
The perfect meat: onion meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Beef from the soup – my KB http://www./rezept/455660/Feine-Rinderbruehe.html
- 2 piece Onions
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
- 2 tablespoon Cream
- Peel the onions and cut into half rings.
- Cut the meat from which the beef broth was cooked into cubes.
- Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and cream.
- Heat the buttered butter in a pan, then fry the meat cubes in it. Add the onions and fry them too.
- Finally pour the beaten eggs over the top, remove the pan from the stove and let the egg set. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with an iceberg lettuce.
