Ingredients
- 150 g Slices of cooked ham
- 40 g Belly meat
- 1 piece Onion blue
- 10 leaf Wild garlic fresh
- 2 Stems Parsley
- 1 Tufts Cress (garden cress)
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Meat with onions:
- If necessary, cut the meat into slices, cut the onion into thin slices and layer alternately in layers. Cover with the herbs and onion rings and squeeze the stack flat with the broad side of the knife or a fork and press down every centimeter. You can also help with a kitchen board with a little pressure. Garnish with the radish crowns and the herbs.

- For brunch and dinner, snacks and cold buffets.
