Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-sized turkey schnitzel
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 handful of fried onions
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- Grated cheese, optional

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Brown the schnitzels on both sides in a pan with a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and then place them in a baking dish. Combine the cream, crème fraîche, vegetable stock, fried onions, and sliced onions and spread the mixture over the schnitzels. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Variation: Sprinkle with grated cheese before baking.
