Onion – Seitan with Swabian Warm Potato Salad

The perfect onion – seitan with swabian warm potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Jacket potatoes
  • 1 medium-sized Diced onion
  • 1 medium-sized Vinegar of your choice
  • 1 medium-sized Sunflower oil
  • 1 medium-sized Vegetable salt to season
  • 1 medium-sized Salt
  • 1 medium-sized ****************************************
  • 200 g Seitan
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable salt
  • 0,5 pole Leek cut
  • 3 medium-sized Cut onion
  • 3 medium-sized Peanut oil for frying

  1. Peel the hot potatoes and cut them into slices, add the diced / chopped onions, a good sip of vinegar, add a dash of oil and season with the vegetable salt or salt, stir everything together well and leave for a while (approx 10 minutes).

Onion – seitan

  1. Cut the seitan into very narrow strips, place in a bowl and sprinkle with the vegetable salt, stir and let stand for 10 minutes.
