Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g pork, for frying
  • 3 large onions
  • Fat, for frying
  • 150 ml water, warm
  • some tomato ketchup or curry ketchup
  • Tabasco
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the onions and slice into rings. Pat the meat dry and cut into thin strips. Heat the fat in a large frying pan or wok, add the onion rings, and fry over high heat, stirring and turning frequently. Add the meat and fry, stirring and turning frequently. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Add the granulated stock, ketchup, and Tabasco, and stir well. Boil the liquid until reduced, stirring frequently.
