Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 trout fillets
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 onions
- Dill, fresh
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean the trout fillets. Mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, and pepper, pour over the fish, and marinate for about 30 minutes. Slice the onions into rings and roughly chop the dill. Place the fish on aluminum foil and scatter the dill and onion rings over the fish. Wrap the foil in the foil and grill the fish for about 20 minutes.
