Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large onion(s), alternatively vegetable onion
- 2 shallots
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil, e.g. sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Goes great with cheese or grilled food
Finely dice the onion and shallots. Mix salt and pepper to taste with the vinegar and oil and drizzle over the onions and shallots. Mix well and let stand for about 1 hour. Tip: If you have any leftovers, they can be refrigerated for at least 1 day. They’ll still taste just as good, or even better.
