Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 juniper berries
- 0.33 tsp salt, approx.
- pepper
- 1 tsp vinegar of your choice
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions

Trim and thoroughly wash the lamb’s lettuce. Drain. In a mortar, grind two juniper berries, the salt, and a pinch of pepper into a powder. Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well with the juniper salt. Drizzle the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce and mix thoroughly.
